A Toast to Community As We Prepare to Open

As January came to a close, we found ourselves reflecting on the journey that brought us here. Nine months after taking the plunge and lovingly restoring, planning, and preparing, we celebrated a special milestone with a Friends & Family evening to thank the people who helped make this dream possible. The night was filled with beautifully curated wines generously provided by my dear friend Tricia Weis of Constellation Brands, incredible food prepared by my talented Book Club besties (so good that several guests asked who catered the event!), and live music from the always amazing John Danger Live, who set the perfect atmosphere for the evening.

The celebration ended with a touching moment where my dad presented me with a dozen roses after my toast, recognizing the patience and persistence it took to bring The Parrish Grove Inn to life. I am so grateful for the support of my friends, family and all who helped make it happen.

If you know me, you know I like to go big! So, of course, the very next day, we had to open the doors to the broader community for a casual open house, welcoming neighbors and visitors to stop by for a glass of bubbly and refreshments. More than 250 people stopped by that day! What a warm welcome we’ve received from Cocoa Village!

We are so grateful for this community and are thrilled to officially open our doors on February 1st. If you find yourself in Cocoa Village, we’d love for you to stop by and say hello—or join our mailing list, follow us on Facebook or Instagram – all places where we share events, special experiences, and life at The Parrish Grove Inn.
